Angley opened the meeting at 12:05 p.m.
Motion by Ward to approve Frank Casey as an alternate representative to the regional casino committee to serve in the absence of Mike O’Donnell,
Second by Grimes,

The Board briefly discussed their views on Middleboro having a seat on the committee. No vote was taken.
Motion by Casey to go into executive session to discuss pending litigation in the form of a draft settlement agreement and release of claims pertaining to a town employee - and not to return to open session.
