This meeting was advertised through postings in all school buildings, public library, town hall, on local CCAT cable and Carver Public Schools web site.

Frank Muscato called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members of the Board of Selectmen and School Committee were introduced. All in attendance agreed to use a paper ballot form for the purpose of voting for the candidate to fill the School Committee vacancy.
One additional question was added to the five previously selected. This 6th question was: Do you plan to run for this position in April?
Each candidate was introduced and asked to give a brief overview of their qualifications. Each candidate was asked the same six questions from the board members. The candidates were interviewed in the following order: Evelyn Sinn, Barry Struski and Kevin Walsh.
As each candidate was interviewed, the other two candidates waited in a separate room. At the completion of all three interviews, paper ballots were distributed. Jeanne Bouchard, Administrative Assistant to the Town Administrator counted and verified the votes and announced Barry Struski had won by majority vote.
Meeting adjourned at 7 p.m.
