Meeting was called to order at 7:35 a.m. by Kay Spencer.
- Appointment of Superintendent to Project Contemporary Competitiveness (PCC) Board for 2008-2009. Barry Struski made a motion to appoint Elizabeth Sorrell, Superintendent to the Board of PCC. Paula Kibbe second the motion. All in favor.
- II. Appointment to Recreation Committee – A letter of interest to continue on the Recreation Committee was received from Scott Alexander. Paula Kibbe made a motion to appoint Scott Alexander to the Recreation Committee for a one year appointment. Barry Struski second the motion. All in favor.
The chair asked for a motion to go into executive session for the purpose of contract negotiations not to return to open session. Barry Struski made the motion, Paula Kibbe second. All in favor by role call.
Meeting adjorned at 7:45 a.m.
